By accessing ChemistryCal (formerly ChemistryDesk, operating at chemistrycal.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable regulatory laws. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing our computational tools and documentation.

2. Scientific & Laboratory Disclaimer

The calculators, stoichiometric formulas, crystallite approximations, and protocol outputs provided on ChemistryCal are designed solely for educational, academic, and preliminary laboratory research reference. While our engines use standard IUPAC molar masses and peer-reviewed physical formulas, ChemistryCal makes no warranties regarding absolute analytical precision under varying physical laboratory conditions.

Safety Advisory: Practicing scientists, researchers, and students must verify calculations against compound Safety Data Sheets (SDS), certified reference materials, and physical volumetric calibrations prior to handling hazardous chemical reagents.

3. Intellectual Property & Fair Use

The layout, design, client-side calculator code, and written explanatory articles on ChemistryCal are the intellectual property of the site operators unless otherwise indicated. Users are permitted to use tool outputs for academic research, thesis publications, and classroom instruction with appropriate attribution.

4. Modifications to Platform

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any computational engine or documentation module at our discretion without prior notice.
